Virtual Courthouse Launches New Version and More Tech News
Virtual Courthouse Launches New Version
Virtual Courthouse announced their new version 3.0 release. The new version covers four critical areas: mediator/arbitrator marketing, mediator/arbitrator case management, electronic case filing and video and secure messaging. Virtual Courthouse offers three different packages for marketing of mediator/arbitrators and for the use of the case management tools ranging from less than $1 per month to $25 per month. The case management tools enable both online and offline case management, allow for multiple parties and multi-arbitrator/mediator panels. There is also a billing component. The new secure video conferencing provides the ability to hold multi-party conferences as well as private party caucuses. There is also a scheduling component and secure messaging provided. I personally saw a demo of the Virtual Courthouse and was impressed with the ease of use and power of the product.
