CRM Implementation – Attorney acceptance is key for Reed Smith

According to Victoria Gregory, Senior CRM Systems Manager of Reed Smith LLP,  getting acceptance from attorneys is key to the success of a CRM system implementation.  After the acceptance, the real work begins for full implementation of the CRM to actually use it to assist with the management of one’s clients.  Reed Smith took an unusual approach to roll-0ut to key client teams, rather than a full frontal software implementation.

This is the second part of a two-part video series on the creative and successful implementation of the Microsoft/Client Profiles CRM system.  In her own words, Ms. Gregory discusses a strategic roll-out that has paid major dividends and has had limited pitfalls.
